Miss Washington USA Stormy Keffeler Resigns Over DUI Conviction

Stormy Keffeler, 23, pleaded guilty to DUI in September and spent two days in jail last month, according to court documents. The Seattle Times reported police stopped Keffeler in April as she drove a car with two flat tires. Keffeler broke pageant rules by not disclosing the incident on her paperwork before entering Miss Washington USA nor after she won the 2016 crown in October, co-executive producer Maureen Francisco told NBC News. Remember the Naples DUI bikini grandma? Busted again.

The North Naples grandmother who was arrested on a DUI charge wearing a bikini in April has been arrested again. Deputies arrested the 50-year-old Patricia Ebel on a charge of violating the probation for that DUI, according to a Collier County sheriff’s arrest report. Ebel had a blood-alcohol level of .177, more than double the legal limit of .08, when her probation officer tested her 10:40 a.m. Tuesday. A jail breath test registered her level at .122 and .120. New York Woman Claims Her Body Brews Alcohol, Has DUI Charge Dismissed

Imagine being charged with a DUI when it’s been hours since you’ve had a drink, only to later discover that your body brews its own alcohol. That’s what happened to an upstate New York woman when she blew a blood alcohol level more than four times the legal limit. Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon charged with DUI

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested on a DUI charge on Saturday night, according to arrest logs provided by the Carter County (Oklahoma) Sheriff’s Office. The booking time was listed at 4:45 a.m. CT. Blackmon was released later on that morning. Roger Clemens ex-trainer Brian McNamee arrested for DUI

Brian McNamee, the former trainer for pitcher Roger Clemens who testified before a congressional committee that he injected the Rocket with performance-enhancing drugs, was arrested for DWI Monday morning on Long Island, according to a Long Beach Police arrest report obtained by the Daily News. The 48-year-old McNamee was also charged with driving while impaired by drugs, driving while his ability was impaired by drugs and alcohol, and driving with a suspended license, according to the arrest report. Suspect held following deadly Woonsocket DUI crash

WOONSOCKET, R.I. — The suspect in a deadly crash in Woonsocket is being held without bail. Johnny Sak, 23, has been charged with driving under the influence, death resulting, in the crash that claimed the life of 22-year-old Alexandra Patten. Dash cam video shows DUI suspect fire at Pa. officer at point blank range

MANCHESTER TWP., Pa. (WPVI) — The Northern York County Regional Police Department has released dash cam footage of a suspect firing at an officer at point blank range. Authorities identify the suspect as Trev Bowies Jackson. They say Jackson has a wounded left hand and the hand may still be bandaged.
