PINELLAS PARK — A 27-year-old Tampa woman already on probation for driving under the influence faces a DUI manslaughter charge after crashing into another car early Tuesday, killing the driver and seriously injuring a passenger, police said. Another Biden walks free. Joe Biden’s niece Caroline Biden pleaded guilty to DUI on Dec. 3 — and was sentenced to 20 days to six months of “confinement,” Pennsylvania court records said. Man Charged in DUI Crash That Killed 12-Year-Old Boy Riding Bike With His Father

A convicted bank robber was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder for a DUI collision in Costa Mesa that killed a 12-year-old autistic boy who was riding his bike alongside his father. Richard David Lavalle of Long Beach was scheduled to be arraigned sometime Tuesday in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana. He’s being held without bail. Berkeley teenager sentenced to prison after deadly DUI crash

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Berkeley County judge sentenced a 19-year-old Inwood resident to 3 to 15 years incarceration and a $3,000 fine Friday in the 2019 New Year’s Eve death of an 18-year-old Musselman High School student. Woman arrested for DUI in Park City after hitting a child with her car

PARK CITY, Utah — A woman is facing a felony DUI charge after hitting a young girl while driving in Park City Friday. Summit County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the call after witnesses say they saw a car driving on the Pinebrook Boulevard sidewalk where it hit the child. WATCH: Trucker charged with DUI after fiery crash on I-285

A truck driver was arrested on a DUI charge following a fiery crash that snarled traffic on the Perimeter for more than two hours Tuesday afternoon, Dunwoody police said. The wreck occurred in the westbound lanes of I-285 at Chamblee Dunwoody Road about 2:15 p.m., according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center. Baltimore police officer found passed out, charged with DUI

BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Baltimore Police Officer Adrian Ortiz was arrested for drunk driving after he was found passed out, lying in a street. The incident occurred October 7. Baltimore Police have not provided information on what street the officer was located on. Officials did confirm this is his second arrest in less than three years. 19-year-old charged with felony DUI in deadly SC crash

PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A man has been charged with three counts of felony DUI after a deadly crash in Pickens County that happened on Friday afternoon. Police arrested a Long Beach DUI driver after she allegedly struck and killed a pedestrian with an SUV on Pacific Coast Highway, according to the Seal Beach Police Department.
