State police say they arrested a Plumville man for suspicion of driving under the influence last Friday night after an accident on Five Points Road in Washington Township. Police say a pickup driven by 58-year-old Mark Fleming hit the guide rails near Hill Road and Fleming continued on to his mother’s home a few miles away.
