Both drivers arrested on DUI charges in crash that kills 90-year-old woman

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 90-year-old female passenger died in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning, and police arrested both drivers on DUI charges. The collision occurred just after 10:20 a.m. at the intersection of Karen Avenue and S. Lamb Boulevard in the east valley. Florida Woman Asleep at the Wheel, Arrested for DUI Near Ditch

GREENWOOD, Fla.(dothaneagle.com) – After falling asleep at the wheel with a beer can in her hand, a Greenwood, Florida woman almost rolled her truck into a ditch, Jackson County Sherriff’s Office said. Man Charged in DUI Crash That Killed 12-Year-Old Boy Riding Bike With His Father

A convicted bank robber was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder for a DUI collision in Costa Mesa that killed a 12-year-old autistic boy who was riding his bike alongside his father. Richard David Lavalle of Long Beach was scheduled to be arraigned sometime Tuesday in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana. He’s being held without bail. Berkeley teenager sentenced to prison after deadly DUI crash

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Berkeley County judge sentenced a 19-year-old Inwood resident to 3 to 15 years incarceration and a $3,000 fine Friday in the 2019 New Year’s Eve death of an 18-year-old Musselman High School student.
