The recently named chief financial officer of Office Depot was arrested late Saturday on a DUI charge.
A Boca Raton police officer pulled over Stephen E. Hare, 60, after spotting his Audi going 57 mph in a 35 mph zone at 11:33 p.m. Hare struggled to complete a field sobriety test, and breath tests showed his blood alcohol content was 0.180 and 0.186, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.
