Driver charged with DUI after car flies through fence into SEPTA train

KINGSESSING (WPVI) — 

A woman has been arrested after her car smashed through a fence and crashed into a SEPTA train in the Kingsessing section of Philadelphia.

Police say the car collided with the incoming Media/Elwyn Regional Rail train around 4:40 p.m. Tuesday.
