BALTIMORE (WBFF) – Baltimore Police Officer Adrian Ortiz was arrested for drunk driving after he was found passed out, lying in a street.
The incident occurred October 7. Baltimore Police have not provided information on what street the officer was located on.
Officials did confirm this is his second arrest in less than three years.
It was also reported that the officer lost a personal handgun.
