LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Nevada Highway Patrol troopers made a major drug bust overnight, finding over six pounds of heroin.
Law enforcement made the discovery late Thursday night during a DUI investigation in the Las Vegas valley.
According to authorities, the driver in the vehicle was taken into custody and the six pounds of heroin were confiscated during a vehicle search.
NHP’s Southern Command called the drugs found “poison” that won’t make it in to the Clark County community.
