LONGMONT, Colo. – After noticing a drunk driving suspect who appeared to be intoxicated in court, an off-duty Boulder Sheriff’s Deputy reported seeing the suspect swerving as she drove to a liquor store during a court recess.
The off-duty deputy called it in and two Longmont police officers were dispatched to the area, according to an arrest report. One of the officers followed the suspect’s blue Toyota sedan as it left Westview Liquors on Main Street in Longmont.
