PHOENIX – A 10-year-old girl recorded video of her mother driving while intoxicated Saturday before calling the police, according to Maricopa County court documents.
Stephanie Davis, 31, was arrested Sept. 7 at around 4:15 p.m. in Glendale on suspicion of aggravated DUI, records say.
The 10-year-old showed Glendale police the video in which three children under the age of 15 yell at Davis to stop before she gets into an accident, court documents show.
Officers said Davis was staggering around outside the car when they arrived, according to the documents. They said she admitted drinking wine Saturday but would not say anything else.
