A 23-year-old man was on drugs and had his phone open to a social media app when he caused a crash that killed two people in Lyons in October, prosecutors said Thursday.
Jordan Michalak, 23, of Berwyn, was ordered held without bail Thursday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence causing death and reckless homicide.
