A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a car she was driving fatally struck a University of Florida student and hurt two of his friends in a hit-and-run near campus, police said.
Officers said three companions were standing at a bus stop in front of the Campus Club Apartments when Damaris Guerrero Garcia ran off the road on Saturday night.
