The North Naples grandmother who was arrested on a DUI charge wearing a bikini in April has been arrested again.
Deputies arrested the 50-year-old Patricia Ebel on a charge of violating the probation for that DUI, according to a Collier County sheriff’s arrest report.
Ebel had a blood-alcohol level of .177, more than double the legal limit of .08, when her probation officer tested her 10:40 a.m. Tuesday. A jail breath test registered her level at .122 and .120.
