Brian McNamee, the former trainer for pitcher Roger Clemens who testified before a congressional committee that he injected the Rocket with performance-enhancing drugs, was arrested for DWI Monday morning on Long Island, according to a Long Beach Police arrest report obtained by the Daily News.
The 48-year-old McNamee was also charged with driving while impaired by drugs, driving while his ability was impaired by drugs and alcohol, and driving with a suspended license, according to the arrest report. All charges are misdemeanors. McNamee also crashed into another car in Long Beach, according to a Long Beach Police spokesman.
