A Tallahassee woman schedule to go on trial next month for DUI manslaughter was arrested on charges she violated her terms of pretrial release.
Sarah Walker, 25, was involved in an April 2014 fatal crash that killed school bus driver William “Rusty” Fowler and was ordered by a judge to wear a SCRAM ankle monitoring bracelet and abstain from using alcohol.
