GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) — An employee of the state is answering charges of drunk driving and more following an early Tuesday morning arrest.
Police say they were conducting a routine check of Beaver Island State Park when they saw a vehicle driving around after hours at 1 a.m. Police stopped the vehicle, and say the driver identified himself as Andrew Hillman, 40, the parks manager of the park.
