Durham, N.C. – Before a 2012 Toyota Camry was an uninvited guest inside an Amber Stone Way home, it first introduced itself to Courtney Hill’s vehicle.
“My parents came downstairs and said ‘Courtney, someone just hit your car,'” she said. “And I’m thinking ‘no way.'”
When Hill stepped outside at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, she noticed damage to the front driver’s side of her Nissan Murano.
“Before we can think, the car immediately…you hear the gas and they reversed very quickly,” she said. “I can’t even explain. And it did a turn and backed right into the house.”
