Beginning next year, those charged with driving under the influence after a previous DUI conviction in Lancaster County will have stricter bail conditions. They will have to wear an alcohol-tracking ankle bracelet; be subject to random drug and alcohol testing; and be required to abide by an 11 p.m. curfew.
