PLATTE CITY, Mo. —Platte County is using iPads and apps in the effort to keep drunken drivers off the roads, and leaders hope that other jurisdictions across Missouri will do the same.
Wi-Fi, apps and FaceTime helps deputies get a search warrant to draw blood in a matter of minutes, something that used to take several hours.
