NASHVILLE, Tenn. –
Officers used spike strips to stop a wrong way driver and arrest her on DUI charges overnight.
Around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, officers spotted Jacqueline Connor driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Briley Parkway near County Hospital Road. She was reportedly driving at a high rate of speed and refused to stop when officers tried to pull her over.
