A jury deliberated for more than two hours without coming to a verdict Tuesday in the trial of a Helena bartender accused of over-serving alcohol to a woman who later killed two people in a drunk driving crash.
William Gleed was on trial Tuesday for the charges of obstructing a police officer and two counts of serving alcohol to an intoxicated person.
