KODAK (WATE) – Drugs and alcohol are to blame for a deadly crash that claimed the life of a Kodak man and injured two others in Sevier County on Sunday.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the accident happened just after 5 p.m. on the 3600 block of Hickman Road in Kodak.
Troopers say 29-year-old Thomas Oitting, of Kodak, was driving southbound when he crossed the center line and hit a Mitsubishi Eclipse head-on.
