A truck driver was arrested on a DUI charge following a fiery crash that snarled traffic on the Perimeter for more than two hours Tuesday afternoon, Dunwoody police said.
The wreck occurred in the westbound lanes of I-285 at Chamblee Dunwoody Road about 2:15 p.m., according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center. It involved a tractor-trailer and a car-carrier that collided in the left lanes of the outer loop before both trucks slammed into the median wall and caught fire.
