Dak Prescott found not guilty of DUI

Before quarterback Dak Prescott was selected by the Cowboys in the fourth round of the draft, he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in March. The arrest in Starkville, Mississippi may have affected Prescott’s landing spot in the draft, but he won’t have the charges hanging over his head at Cowboys camp this summer. $275K bail set for motorist charged with reckless homicide, DUI

A judge Monday set bail at $275,000 for a Logan Square man charged with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI after he ran a light and struck a postal truck, killing a passenger in his Jeep, prosecutors said. URBANA — Prosecutors are reviewing criminal charges filed Tuesday against a Champaign man accused of drunk driving in the wake of the victim’s death. Airman arrested for possible DUI on Okinawa

OKINAWA CITY, Okinawa — A U.S. airman was taken into custody after being pulled over for driving erratically around 4:30 a.m. Monday and then failing a Breathalyzer test, according to a police spokesman in Okinawa City. Staff Sgt. Christopher Aaron Platte, 27, assigned to Kadena Air Base, was driving in the Chatan area near the Jagaru highway intersection when police spotted a car moving in a zigzag manner, the spokesman said. Debby Ryan won’t go to jail for DUI

Disney darling Debby Ryan pled no contest in her DUI case and is on probation for the next three years, TMZ reports. Nashville assistant DA suspended for DUI arrest

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – An assistant district attorney in Davidson County has been suspended for one month without pay after being arrested on DUI charges on last weekend. TULSA, Oklahoma – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested a pickup driver involved in a wrong way head-on crash on Interstate 44 in west Tulsa early Monday. PREGNANT WOMAN PLEADS NOT GUILTY IN DEADLY DUI CRASH

Ooley wasn’t at her arraignment in person, instead, her charges were read to her via video conference. Madera County District Attorney, David Linn, said, “It appeared that she was very confused.” Ooley is between six to eight months pregnant and the gravity of the situation is starting to sink in.
