FAIR OAKS, Calif. (KCRA) — A Sacramento man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he crashed his vehicle, killing his passenger early Monday morning, the California Highway Patrol said. An illegal immigrant is accused of drunken driving in the Thanksgiving car crash that killed a teenage girl in Texas. Petaluma police arrest suspected DUI driver after crash

A Petaluma woman remained in the Sonoma County Jail Tuesday, suspected of drunken driving after running a red light and hitting another vehicle, according to Petaluma police.
