Georgia police officer at DUI stop: ‘We only kill black people’

A lieutenant from a police department in Georgia is under investigation after a dash-cam video obtained by Channel 2 Action News appears to show the officer telling a driver during a DUI stop, “Remember, we only kill black people.” Lt. Oregon woman charged with DUI after son reports drunk driving, police say

An Oregon woman was arrested Saturday after her 11-year-old son called 911 while sitting in a car and told police his mom was driving drunk, police said. Officers received a call about 9:30 p.m. from the boy, saying he was in the car with his mother who was driving drunk, FOX12 reported. PBSO captain accused of DUI in crash involving motorcyclist who suffered serious injuries

ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. – A Palm Beach County sheriff’s captain was arrested on charges of driving under the influence in a Royal Palm Beach crash Saturday night. A PBSO corporal spotted a blue Mustang and a motorcycle speeding down Southern Boulevard at 11 p.m, according to an arrest report. Driver arrested for DUI in deadly Gibraltar Road crash

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. – The California Highway Patrol released additional details on Monday night’s deadly crash on Gibraltar Road in Santa Barbara County on their collision report. Vestavia Hills woman charged in wrong-way DUI crash that critically injured 24-year-old man

A Vestavia Hills woman has been charged with a felony crime in connection with a March DUI crash that critically injured a 24-year-old man. Karen Pridgen Stafford, 50, was arrested Thursday, according to court and jail records. She was booked into the Jefferson County Jail at 1:30 p.m. and released 27 minutes later after posting $15,000 bond.
